Easily very overlooked, and a fantastic visual novel, I've been playing it for a few days now, not entirely finished, but I do intend to eventually. It is a story of a man, Hisao Nakai, who is living his life as many of us do, only to have a violent heart attack rip his entire life away from him, and plunge him into a whole new school, and even way of life. He is diagnosed with Heart Arrhythmia as the cause of his heart attack, a disability where his heart muscles occasionally act erratically, requiring a great deal of medication and care. In his new school, Hisao struggles to adjust to his new condition, as well as find new friends and love in this school.
It is a solemn wish of mine that this fantastic piece of work becomes an anime of some sort, unlikely as it may be. It is an eroge, which means it has quite a deal of adult material, however it is handled in such a tasteful way, calling it hentai hardly feels right. Please, give it a read, though I warn, it is very long, no matter the path you take
