It has been a year since the events on the mysterious alien city, and the titanic battle that cost the life of Airoch, elf of the forest and one time crewmember of the Olympus. With no body to bury, not even ashes to scatter, those of the crew who mourn her do so with words and memories. On the anniversary of Arioch's death at the hands of the Harbinger, her former comrades are called upon to go to her own world and take part in a titanic battle that will see even gods and 'angels' fall to the horror of death. The elves of Arioch's kin once practiced strict neutrality in all wars, but this custom is now forgone and unmentioned to her other-worldly friends; This is a war where every being in existence must take a side. Okay, enough melodrama. This is a sign-up thread. If you haven't already, please read Fallout's practice RP (or at least the last few pages) to witness how Arioch died- it will be especially important when continuing the plot. Because of the events of yesterday, we currently don't have a prequel to work from. So, for those of you involved in the practice, simply use that as a jumping off point for friendships and some abilities such. Warning: YOU WILL NOT BE OP. This is a different world with different rules where magic is the whole of the law. Your weapons and some abilities will be tweaked, or maybe initially removed to tone you all down a little. No making volcanoes erupt when you sneeze. As mentioned, it has been a year since the events within the practice and currently the crew of the Olympus are just chilling, having restored a reasonable amount of peace to their surroundings until a new quest begins (dotdotdot) So, if you want to join the probably rather disturbing adventure, then post character details here. This goes for the people who have already told me they'll be taking part. If you want to post a character bio (or a shorter version of your bio ) so that the otheer players can get to grips with your character, then feel free. If you haven't finalised your character yet, please send me as much of a bio as you wish via PM. This should include your character's personality, past, abilities, morals and motivations. Hans, I'd prefer to keep the details of your...special friend a secret for now, so if you can send me those too, that'd be great. For those not on the Olympus when I come and get you, if you want to plan your entrance with me then PM me with the details. Okay, so this last part is a general info section, to brief you a little about the world, what you'll be encountering and one particular aspect to the world that may be of interest. This RP will be based on the world found in a game called Drakengard. This is one of my absolute favourite games (which most of you probably know by now xD) and I'm incredibly happy to be able to roleplay within that ever-so-slightly tweaked world. Drakengard is a cult game which is rather famous for having....very few morals. I will be keeping some of the batshit insanity within the world but in order to remove spoilers for those happy (heh) few who might want to play the original, the specific nutjobs will mostly be of my own making, and aside from a few, will not be canon. Drakengard is a fantasy world (comprising of deserts, snowy wastes, forests, moutains...the whole thing) populated by monsters, dragons, and (previously) two warring factions known as the Empire and the Union. Generic names aside, the two forces fought against each other to control mystical seals that prevented various types of hell from ruining everyone's day. Three of these places were temples, the third was a 'goddess', a woman chosen to bear the weight of the final seal. These seals have all been broken by the Empire, and chaos reigns. Unbeknownst to the hapless humans, the whole crapsack world is about to get a lot worse. Its not all swords and sorcerey, though. There is very simple technology such as basic cannons and airships but as I have hammered home time and time again, magic is the strongest weapon here. Don't worry about the advanced technology some of you may possess-that will be intergrated within the world. Trust me. Our enemies will be a variety of monsters, the remnants of an evil empire, and various self serving heroes. The main plot, as you will see, focuses on a Luciferian type struggle. No more about that now. Wait, I take that back: You should know this slightly edited history of the world. the world was created by the gods. After making the big chunk of rock (in an unspecified amount of time), the gods decided that they were bored, and wanted to dick around in space. Instead, they created the dragons to do everything for them. The dragons then filled the world with life and, most importantly, made mankind (stfu political correctness). The gods then decided that they wanted in. Humans were cool, they decided, and could be made to do fun things. Like worship the gods. Or make pretty patterns when you throw them against mountains. The dragons, unsurprisingly, were not amused. Especially when they were treated like slaves, and their creations like toys. Instead of kicking the gods out, a difficult thing to do even for them, they decided to troll the gods instead. They made objects called the Seeds of Resurrection. These were designed to remake the world. The gods, also unsurprisingly, were even less amused. Instead of using the banhammer on the dragons, they put up a magical barrier to keep the Seeds from the world. For teh lulz, they also trapped the dragons' fortress, along with the majority of the most powerful dragons. This barrier was kept in place by the seals (see above). This left the dragons unable to take back what they felt was their world. When the seals are broken, the world becomes a mosh pit of various forces. However, when the seals were broken now, no seeds appeared... The plot will be fairly evident from the beginning, and should carry itself without much intervention from me. There will be an abundance of side quests which will present themselves to your characters. It is up to you whether you choose to do them or not, but I would advise against splitting up. Some of these quests may be focussed on particular characters. This leads me to one last important point. In this world, humans and sentient, intelligent magical creatures can form bonds called pacts. These bonds are a sharing of souls. You show be able to guess how this goes. The souls of both creatures become one. They share lives, strength and powers. These creatures can choose to make pacts for various reasons- to save their own lives, to see the world, to help fight for the human's cause, out of general curiousity, to be able to fulfill a quest of there own. They may do it to help the human out of compassion, or to be able to torment the person for all eternity (fairies are bad for that). Often, their motives are unknowable. So, of course, the oppurtunity may arise for each of you to form a pact. However, there is a catch. Such a big increase in power comes with a price. The human has to give up something, an ability, a personality trait, even something such as their voice, sight, or in Arioch's case her fertility. The price paid is marked on the persons body in the form of an elegant black mark burned into the skin in a relevant place. This is called a pact mark. And you cannot choose your pact price, its a random thing. However, as a nice person, I won't be crippling my players. So, sign up here. Any other questions about the world, feel free to ask. And if I have repeated anything here, I apologise. I was tired when I wrote most of this.

This is pretty much the PM I sent to FK and Luke, with a few sections cut out. Of cousre, they now know more than you because of quantum and nanos bro. But don't feel too bad, I added the word penis to this version just for you.Name: Moogl-… wait, you picked Arioch, right? Umm… Achintya. Yes, Achintya will do fine. Occupation: Professional Faerie (Yeah, 5 years at faerie medical school. I’ll show you the certificate later). Appearance: Here, take this, courtesy of Squeenix, those nice bastards. Pretty much this, except without the gun or the bullets on the belt. Damn, that was easy. Not even sure if Squeenix drew it. I'm not carrying any weapons. Size wise, I'd reach up to just above a grown man's knee and counting the pom pom wire the top-most point (as shown in the pic) would reach just below the waist. Being interdimensional beings means that if you can think of a faerie with a certain power then it exists, no exceptions (like the Long-Tongue-John faeries, the Spits-over-Three-Fields clan, or Gods-Gift-To-Marginally-Older-Single-English-Teachers. I hate that guy). There are the fire, ice, lightning, darkness (yeah), light faeries e.t.c, you'll never guess the kind of powers they wield. However, while these specialists may be able to conjure this element at will from thin air (unless they happen to be one of the legendary Thin Air faeries, in which case they don't even need that) all faeries are tasked with maintaining balance and harmony and *China China China China China* in the universe, and so all faeries have a certain extent of control over the elements around them, though for every action dot da dot dot dot. Even the Pull Fire Out Of The Sky Like It Aint Nothing Bitch faeries have to grab fire from somewhere, the difference is their abilities allow them to pull it from another universe, or from the sun (Inadvisable), or from a wellspring within themselves (and please don't ask where the wellspring comes from, this is confusing enough already. Also, these powers fluctuate in accordance with the rules of the You-Can't-Turn-This-Door-To-Chocolate-Just-Yet-It-Would-Fuck-Up-The-Plot faeries (You're laughing, but they actually exist). But there are things most of the ones large enough to be viible can do. For example, let me show you a classic hypothetical situation. OH SHIT, YOU ARE APPROACHED BY AN ANGRY MERC ARMED WITH A FLAMETHROWER. Achintya raises his arm toward the Merc. THE MERC PULLS THE TRIGGER ON THE FLAMETHROWER. NOTHING SPEWS FROM IT. Instead, the second the merc pulls the trigger a jet of flame shoots from Achintya's sleeve and engulfs the Merc, who falls to the ground thoroughly roasted. *FF victory theme* As you can see, while most Faeries can bend any element up to and including kinetic energy to their will, it must go somewhere, and above all it is the duty of almost all faeries to maintain order and universal harmony. I say 'almost' and 'most faeries' because as I said, if you can imagine it... Faerie's wouldn't normally upset the balance themselves, nor even think of bending elements for their own sake. However... The clan of faeries I belong to are very special for two reasons (sorry if I'm using I instead of Achintya, used to RP'ing. And it's easier to type). The first is that they specialise in the nature and character of sentient beings, it's norms and purposes, what it wants and what it needs... and what it's given. So... pan-dimensional psycologists, superpowered sociologists... something something philosophers. The hands that rock the cradle. And understanding the nature of the largest and most successful species' in the multiverse makes the good faeries of said clan very kind, and the bad faeries very powerful. ALSO SOFT SCIENCE FUCK YEEAAAAHHH. The second thing that makesPENIS them special is that of this clan only one remains. Wow, I wrote a history essay today and this was way more fun. It is of course Vanilla, call me a purist. Though I'll dig banana ocassionally. (Also, attraction to magical energy. I reserve the right to have your character carry me. Like a child.) And there we have it. I still wished she'd called the RP "My Father was a service droid!" ...heh, yeah....

Name: Luke von Dash (goes by Luke mostly)
Personality: A kindhearted, calm and level man, Luke sees the best in all people. Almost gullible to a point, his trust gets him in trouble, however thanks to both his cunning and regenerative abilities he is able to walk away from most any conflict, eventually at least. Never one to turn away one in need, Luke ended up being perfect for odd jobs, being how he made his living before the Olympus. After years of conflict and battle, the only real change to his personality is that he will fight for innocents and his friends, ready to battle whatever kind of hell is thrown his way. Despite this, he still prefers to defuse situations if possible. even with his fun loving attitude, Luke is quite capable of being serious, and more then capable of intimidation when the time comes.
Past: For the sake of length I'll be brief, Luke was created in a laboratory, a being purely from artificial creation designed for precision and endurance. His final programming never completed so he entered the world as a child, ignorant of everything around him except the small family he knew and "grew up" with in a small town nearby. Shit went down, and the place was slaughtered by a gang of thugs (OH Sh- so original!!) ending with Luke being attacked by a small boy who was very close to him by accident, as Luke killed the boy, thinking it was another thug. Just in time, the remaining thugs surrounded the man and turned their weapons on him to finish him off. In anguish, Luke leveled the entire town, and surrounding area (see powers) in on blast, leaving himself to slowly regenerate over the following days. Since then, Luke took to taking missions from towns folk, hoping to help them all in anyway he could, and in this way, he has learned much about the world, and slowly grown into a fine "adult". Despite these many buffs to his body, he is still essentially human. Even with his knowledge, Luke never lost that innocence from before, keeping a smile on his face and a warm embrace to anyone that approaches, no one would suspect someone so kind would have such a weight on their shoulders, unless they happen to catch view of the many scars of battle he carries on his entire body.
Abilities: Regeneration- not to say he can't get hurt, this just means that, even beaten to a bloody pulp, he could feasibly come back, given time and rest. This does not allow him to cure scars however, and keeps him ageless. Duel Pistols (Alpha & Omega): Designed especially for him, these pistols are a part of Luke, never to be separated from him should he become a puppet and seek them out, mercilessly. They are large, bigger then most any guns, with a weight to match, yet Luke wields them effortlessly. They originally started out with bullets around the size of 9mm, but as they grew stronger and more accurate, the bullet became a slug. Aura: This is referring to the energy Luke stores within himself, he can fashion into a bit of a shield should he need to, a "Force" attack if you will, or just allow him to get better jumps off walls. Athletic: Not exactly a professional, Luke does sport some nice jumps and wall climbing abilities, making his legs extremely powerful (not compared to melee experts but they pack a punch) with steel plated boots he wears as if they were weightless. Laser: Like the name, quick weaker shot of energy from the gun barrel. Omega Disruption: his arms being his most deadly weapons, this attack enforces that idea, transforming his right arm into a large cannon-like growth, adding a white armor of sorts along with blue runes that run down the growth. In addition a cage-like growth appears at the elbow that builds energy up there, causing his aura to go wild around now. The attack is a straight line, but can defend with the armor if he needs too, though should it crack the energy will escape and (you know the rest) Infinity Alpha-mega: Basically Omega Disruption x2. Both arms are like that gaining a wing-like growth allowing him to fly. Using both cannons rapid fire is possible. When it ends, both barrels come together to fire a Sphere of black energy that collapses into a black hole on impact.
Morals: Pretty obvious from the personality, he wishes to do whatever he can for innocents, and respects those that find the strength to do the same in times of war. Dislikes those who are careless enough to harm others with no thought.
Motivation: He wishes to help others, like I said, however despises evil, and shall attempt to whip it clean from the world (fool hardy indeed)

Name: Toby Crest
Age: 11
Appearance: A small thin boy around 4'2" at 65ish lbs. Scruffy light brown hair atop a very slightly tan gaunt face. Bright blue eyes that take in surroundings like air to lungs. Chronically dirty knees and elbows. Has a tan tight fitting t-shirt, and blue jeans that are slightly too short for him.
Personality: Small, but bright. He's not overly courageous, beyond 11, but has a fairly stout heart. Has a tendency for rule breaking and mischief but isn't a bad kid. Has a crippling fear of confinement. Misses his home and his mom, but never talks about it.
Bio: Toby was a boy of about six years old when he was wandering around the city of his birth and was captured and enslaved to be brought aboard the airship "Scorpion" as a cabin boy. The Scorpion was a runner of illegal trade and had several slightly less than paid employees aboard. Toby worked on it doing various jobs until he was ten when he jumped ship at port. Unfortunately, being so young when he was taken, he doesn't remember where his home is. He travels as a stowaway going from port to port in hopes of ending up at his origin. He knew he lived with his mother, but doesn't remember where she it or how to find her. His lifelong dream is to find his way back home.

Name: Butch K. Deloria Personality: The epitome of epicness. No man alive or dead could hope to be THIS awesome. All the guys envy me, all the ladies want me. Appearance: Tch, you know what I look like B| Bio: Former bully turned awesome. I used to torment Fallout as a kid, until I got bored and gave up on it. He later discovered just how epic I really am and practically BEGGED me to join his crew. I thought it would be a good laugh, so I agreed. Since then I've been practically 2nd in command, and basically tell everyone what to do. I'm a tank that uses bitchin armor and a whole slew of weapons. Armor and Upgrades: My armor has the exact look of War Machine from Iron Man 2. Some of the upgrades that have been included are twin chain guns, a Gauss cannon, Rebreather, heightened sensors, muffin button, blade wrists, the Ex-Wife, liquid nitrogen gauntlet, and a chest laser. More upgrades can be added at will, but this is the basic set. The armor is nigh indestructible and Butch basically doesn't feel any damage while wearing it. When he's not wearing the suit it's stored in a little compartment on his back that looks like Isaac Clarke's RIG. Now with that boring bit of information out of the way... PEACE OUT HOMIES!!!! B|

Name: Matt
Nickname: Courier
Age: From the span of the whole bio ( 24-33)
Tagged skills: Sneak, Guns, Repair, and speech He has some unarmed combat training but isnt the best at it he knows the move scribe counter.
Background: The Courier has allways been a loner, he would travel from reno to vegas all the time and he has seen some shit. (that will give me opening to say what things remind me of from my travels) He was allways a neutral character, he did things to his best intrests to survive. So he did some really good things and some bad things. So when he travel to vegas again he decieded to do a courier job for some extra cash. (thats when the events of NV take place.)After NV he found himself on an alien ship but it wasnt inhabited by aliens it was people. After awhile he gained a bond with a couple of the members of the ship Matt and them were considered the elite group pretty much. After a couple years Matt experimented with Stealth Boys with his pipboy and they combined causing the pipboy on his wrist to explode. Then after that he susepted new abilities such as super speed, hightened agility, and the ability to turn invisible at any time. So the team was sent to an alien city and then after our objectives were done we regrouped at a giant warehouse and they had to fight a godly sized mech we defeated it but was exhausted and lost Arioch in the process.(Now it is were we left off.)
Appearance: He is tan complexion but still caucaisian and he dresses as a NCR ranger with the normal non battle outfit and he can usually be seen with a Anti-Matrael rifle and a Ranger Sequoia. He has a single scar across his face from a machete wound from Aureus the Pheonix a high ranking legion officer. Also when he is in battle gear he has The same weapons but instead of an NCR outfit he has armored Dragoon armor. (Basicly Armored Chinese Stealth Armor.)
Weapons: Ranger Seqouia (Revolver), Anti Materiel Rifle, And the Brush Gun.
The Traumatic incedent: When Matt was 24 he was on a caravan pulled by brahmin with his sister heading to vegas when all of the sudden, Fiends attacked the caravan. He did what he could to save his sister but it couldnt be helped he had no weapons and he was wounded by them to begin with. So when he lay on the ground half dead all he could do is watch as they dragged his sister away never to be seen again.

Notes: Since this character was intended for an NPC role Mr. Artist's RP, I have taken my character further to make it more developed and more of a main role to suit Miss Eyes' RP which takes place after Mr. Artist's. I have split the character into the roles for Miss Eyes' and Mr. Artist's RP along with a prequel version should the need arise for one.
Brief:My character is a merchant in possession of a great-coat which contains an inter-dimensional entity which my character calls “The Smog”. This entity is capable of transporting objects to and from different dimensions using a single dimension as a central hub from where it can connect to other dimensions, similar to a 'star' computer network. This 'hub' is a lonely planet in which the smog resides in the core, so my character always ends up beneath the planet's crust when transporting back to the 'hub'. The Smog is harmful to living matter so my character wears an air-tight insulated suit with a full-head mask and uses special containers when transporting live or organic goods. The suit and containers are lined along the inside with a gelatine-like substance found with the coat and in the 'hub' that enables living matter to be transported. My character established himself a merchant by exchanging goods from other dimensions with each other, a business that is proving very prosperous. The great-coat worn by my character is a beacon that exists in every dimension for The Smog to relay to and when my character transports himself back to the 'hub' the coat remains behind, so measures must be taken to make sure the coat isn't exposed. The coat itself resembles an over-sized great-coat with three rune-locks for buttons to keep The Smog from escaping, these locks can be opened depending on how much of The Smog is required to transport something. Another rune is found woven into the inside back of the coat which allows whoever wears the coat to control The Smog. The locks need not be opened for my character to transport himself as he is wearing and, therefore, already in contact with The Smog.
NOW THE FUN BEGINS
Name: Hans Gender: Male Class: The Mysteeeeeeeeerious Merchant Age: Unknown, young adult Physical appearance: Is rarely seen not wearing the coat or the protective suit so little has been seen of his actual appearance beneath them. One can see through the eye-holes in his mask to see his eyes are blue. Hair is contained within the mask but it requires its own compartment meaning it is very long. Dark and looming appearance, little under six feet in height. Personality: (subject to development) Enjoys making humorous banter with those he meets regularly and is more reserved around unfamiliar faces, unless... (read on) When doing business as a merchant he does his best to impress by charismatically explaining and demonstrating every feature of his merchandise. Will never carry out an action if he feels it won't profit him in the long run, or at least he tries too. Is never moved by sad tragedies but that doesn't mean he cannot show compassion or sympathy towards those who need it. Has a habit of making witty remarks about dire scenarios which are sometimes unwelcome. Accent turns northern when disgruntled or descending into profanity. Skills and abilities: Uses simple yet effective psychology to make a hard sale. Mediocre physical combatant and the restrictive coat doesn't making fighting easier, prefers to rely on third party strength. When forced into combat he will use The Smog to damage enemies, summon weapons or allies, and to escape usually with the help of explosives and gas to incapacitate enemies and cover his tracks. Rune writing (Version 2.0 onwards). The Smog can be controlled by rune symbols drawn with the gel substance which harden and glow white. The runes manipulate The Smog of how it can transport things (read the significant preceding events of character version 2.0 for more details). These runes are found on the locks of the great-coat containing The Smog. If a rune is broken it loses its effect and returns to gel.
Character Beta Version (The Prowling Peddler): For use in prequels if need be, subject to develop. Role: Not yet established Current apparel: Great-coat in its original form. Black leathery material. Sleeves and skirt of coat folded and rolled up, otherwise they would extend several meters. Rune-locks come in the form of padlocks with an individual glowing white rune on each of them and are unlocked by separate keys. Very loose fit. Must be removed in order to adjust clothing for eating, drinking and using the restroom. The insulting suit is similar to a rubber diving suit with the gelatine substance slathered on the inside that cover the merchant from head to toe. Metal plates attached to suit for armour. Boots and gloves are sealed by the gelatine substance. All is coloured black. The mask is a regular black full-head gas mask with a front filter and kept air-tight by the substance. The mask muffles the merchant's voice and has to use written notes to communicate. Mask makes a Darth-Vader-like breathing noise only more high-pitched when the merchant inhales. Attached to the mask is a hood that contains Hans' long hair. Carries an oxygen tank so he can breathe when inside the 'hub' which has no oxygen Significant preceding events: Discovery of the coat and The Smog. Realises its harmful effects on living tissue. First insulating suit created with diving suit, gas mask and a mysterious gel found on the coat which is discovered to resist The Smog from harming organic matter. Transports to the 'hub' for first time before immediately returning upon discovering there is no oxygen. Learns the rune-locks vary how much of The Smog is released and learns of its transportation powers. With help of an oxygen tank, Hans finds he can travel to different worlds and transport goods. Sees potential for business. Finds Nirn, Earth (Fallout) and a few uninhabited planets of varying temperature and atmosphere which Hans mines with The Smog for minerals and oxygen. Discovers the coat is a single object that exists in multiple dimensions simultaneously after noticing a scratch that was inflicted in one world to also exist on the coat in another. Trading inter-dimensional items between worlds proves very prosperous indeed. Names the 'hub' planet the “Back-Room” which he uses as a warehouse for his goods. Hires mercenaries to guard the coat in their respective realms. A nord warrior in Skyrim called Beigarth The Bastard guards the coat's existence on Nirn and is paid in gold. Reilly's Rangers guard the coat's existence on Earth (Fallout) and in turn receive supplies. Hires a repairman to fix a derelict bus which Hans uses to transport goods on Earth (Fallout). Befriends a donkey on Nirn in the Colovians and names him Philip. Philip is employed as a pack-mule. Reputation grows and soon mercenaries are hired to stave off robbers. First use of The Smog as a weapon. Prequel events begin here.
Character Version 1.0 (The Dubious Dealer): For use Mr. Artist's RP, 'Grandoise Quest'. Role: NPC Current apparel: Great-coat remains in previous state aside from some metal guards added on the chest and elbows. Must still be removed for eating and using the restroom but not for drinking (read on). Insulating suit vastly upgraded compared to previous. Fully armoured in kevlar and partially in metal plates. Gloves and boots have toggle-able airlocks. Convenient airlock on groin so Hans can use the restroom without having to take the whole suit off. Still requires the gel to line the inside of the suit. Mask is even noisier when breathing, but doesn't muffle. Twin filters are located on each cheek of the mask. Hair is contained within dread-lock-like cables which resemble predator dreads. Mask includes a drinking straw that can be extended from the front of the mask. Oxygen tank still in use. Significant preceding events: Commissions new insulating suit and mask on Earth (Fallout) from a Moira Brown of Megaton. Discovers the smog can transport energy as well as matter when attacked by rogue mages on Nirn and diverted a lightning bolt with The Smog. Discovers new planet. The planet is devoid of life but finds a deactivated network of robot drones. Uses The Smog to reactivate and reprogram the drones. The drones are vertical hovering ovular discs of a one meter height with manipulator arms, two antennae and an eye in the center. Their current state is rusty and weaponless. The drones level themselves horizontally when traveling as max speed. Drones build factory for ammunition, weapons and mechanical widgets. Drones receive upgrades and dark paint-job. Includes machine-gun and grenade launcher. Drones prove effective in combat and replace the hired mercenaries in guarding the coat and escorting Hans. Beigarth The Bastard buys an early retirement and Reilly's Rangers find themselves more than well-off with the supplies they were given. All is well. Hans is hit with realisation that the 'Back Room' is in fact the inside of a sphere and in order to reach the surface he must dig DOWN through the crust. The Smog is unable to mine the crust. Drones are tasked with the digging. Finds the city of Baavir in another world. Gleefully extends business there. Events of 'Grandoise Quest' begin here.
Character Version 2.0 (The Secretive Salesman): For use in Miss Eyes' RP, 'A Love that Crushes like a Mace' Role: Main Current apparel: Rune-locks on coat replaced with buckles that have the same runes and power of containing The Smog, but are opened more easily and readily. Cuff links with runes allow The Smog to transport small items through the sleeves at Hans' will. Ebony armour compliments the coat with pauldrons, shin-pads, wrist-guards and elbow-pads. Coat now only needs removing when the restroom is required. Small runic cufflinks allow The Smog to be summoned through sleeves. Insulating suit has gel cycling system, to eliminate the need for bathing, which replaces the current gel lining the suit with fresh gel and deposits the used gel into a separate container where is can be treated and recycled. Ebony chest-plate attached. Ebony knuckled-capped gauntlets. Ebony toe-capped boots. Mask still makes breathing noises. Since the gel was found to be edible, (read significant preceding events) a feeding tube was attached to mask which connects to a tank of gel intended for consumption. Mask and dread-lock cables are part of the gel cycling system. Mask is enhanced with ebony for head-protection. Head-phones placed inside. Microphone allows clearer speech. Filters located on cheeks. A small computer, not dissimilar to a pip-boy, is attached to Hans' right wrist. Inside its electronics is a rune that connects with other runes like it back on the 'hub' planet to relay electronic signals and allow inter-dimensional communication via The Smog. Functions as a music player. Connects with head-phones and microphone integrated into the mask. The computer contains a list of runes and their respective effects. The computer allows activation of the gel cycling system and gel feeding system when required. Tanks are strapped on back include: the tank that treats the gel used to line the suit with every cycle, the tank of gel intended only for eating with optional fruit flavours, the oxygen tank, a container of various drugs that can be injected directly into the bloodstream or added to the eating gel. Oxygen tank and food tank connected to mouth-part of mask. Significant preceding events: During dig, drones find a cave filled with assorted glowing white rune symbols of similar style to the ones on the rune-locks on the great-coat. Drones begin cataloging runes. Dig put on hold. Runes turn out to be made from the gel. The gel becomes hard when arranged as one of the runes and returns to gel when the rune is broken. Runes' effects on The Smog tested and cataloged. Found that the rune inside the coat bestows control over The Smog. Another rune that is discovered to bestow mind reading and control upon those in control of The Smog when placed on the head of a thinking entity, including the drones. The Smog basically transports thoughts. This allows Hans more bespoke control over the drones' programming making them more efficient. Mind rune tested on live animal, namely Philip the donkey. Yields success with no permanent harm. Hans finds out Philip dreams of being a unicorn. Humanoid robots created. These stand six feet tall and are fifty times stronger than a human in terms of physical strength and have the same brain power as humans. Humanoids replace drones in mercenary work. Name: Talfen Personality: Cold and somewhat secluded, although not deaf to the plight of others in trouble. He comes to trust even those he works with very slowly as he keeps himself distant from true friendships and holds suspicions towards his allies. He is very quiet as well, despite levels of friendship. Though bonds are avoided, if there were bonds made he would end up sticking to them, fighting for their benefit and supporting them through hardships as he'd done with his first unit. History- Ever since losing his original team of mercenaries, who he was very close with, he has secluded himself from others, usually not going with any groups longer than one or two missions, keeping himself from bonds he would otherwise begin to grow into. This is all an underlying fear of gaining people close to him, only to lose them. Abilities: -Weak wind magic, something that could grow into more, but nothing more than a small breeze at his current (starting) mastery of it. Blows with great force put behind them tend to carry the wind with them inadvertently. -Very experienced in swordplay, one or two blades. Has different styles/stances and shifts between them on the go, using whatever would be most beneficial at the moment. Ambidextrous, a bit natural amplified via training and use of two swords. -Agile, always been someone who's naturally quick. -(Gear) Three swords. Two rapiers that were imbued with the power of wind magic and one longsword, the one he'd always been with, Imovan. Imovan had been birthed out of dragon's fire, making it a strong blade of the finest quality. Armor was leather, allowing for some protection and maximum mobility. Morals: Generally good hearted despite the coldness he puts out. Feels a particular desire to help the overall people, and would never take an innocent life under normal circumstances, although is prepared to do whatever there may be a need to do. Motivation: To find revenge on someone who had spared his life while taking those of his close companions, who'd tried to pin some undesired fate upon him by leaving him with life. Besides that, he still has a dedication to eliminating danger from the world so others may live in peace without a similar suffering. Imovan (Lacks the very bottom jewel, and the 'wings' on the hilt: fc09.deviantart.net/fs39/f/2008/365/1/d/Rothelim_by_Aikurisu.jpgThe rapiers (Though longer, and with the jade in the hilt): fc06.deviantart.net/fs38/f/2008/316/3/e/Rapier_by_Raverunner.jpg
