-"Fallout, in all honesty the dogs are quite frail... my knife should be enough. And I can handle myself in combat just fine, just not against those things like the beast, Draco Wrath, er, that's what I thought you said anyways... But yes, my knife won't work against things like that..." Noven sullenly dragged his gaze down to the insignificant blade that'd served him so well during his time with Fallout, but things would be different now, here. -Noven shook it off and continued "Now Martial, I'm not sure, I don't like the idea of leaving Gray here all alone, what if he ran into trouble when trying to catch up to us? Not to mention the fighter we'd lose if we ran into something big again along the way. Perhaps... perhaps I could go in with him and kill it immediately? I'd most likely be held in disdain by him though, but it'd be for the good of the group. Maybe tempt it into attacking and killing it then? Well, what do you two think?

"Like I said, I don't want you going in there, you don't have nearly as much combat experience as the rest of us, hell you have the least amount on the Olympus other than Butch! Noven I'll ask you again, don't throw your life away." -Fallout then turned to Martial, "I like your idea, but it does leave us significantly open to attack. I'm not worried about Grey, he's most likely invincible while he's mist." He then crossed his arms and felt something wrong, 'My blade!' He thought to himself, then he remembered, it was still in the eye of that beast. "Damn." He said silently, he had to get that blade back, but not now, he wasn't going near that water again. He then sat on the ground, and made a call on his transponder. Nothing, he obviously wasn't going to get any use from this thing while they were here.

"You know what? Do whatever you want! All I know is, whatever is in there almost killed us once, and we couldn't stop it then. The odds are not in our favor now. I know I'm not going back in there, and I suggest you don't either."

-Halt had been standing back, watching these events take place. He knew that the group had their best intentions at heart, but he couldn't allow other people to make decisions for him. If Noven was anything like him, Halt knew that he must be feeling the same way. He approached the group and told Wanderer to back off of Noven, for his companion had already made up his mind. "I know it may be stupid, but I have faith in Noven." Halt said "He handled himself pretty well in these last two battles. I believe with him by my side we can do this." Halt then extended his hand to Noven. "Well, do you wanna just get this over with?" The mask on his face formed into a grin.

-"F..... Fallout... I'm sorry. I'm doing this, I could handle myself in there alone, I'd think, and surely no problem with Halt here. If anything strange happens we can rush out quickly for the support of you two. Hell, besides the dog maybe there're some good things in their? What if we're missing out on something big in their that may save our lives later? And as I said, I don't like the idea of him alone, we'll be in and out quickly. Just wait a few minutes." Noven flashed a reassuring grin to Fallout and turned back to Halt "I won't need anything special, I'll take my knife and what's on me. Should be enough for this."

-Fallout was about to order him that he couldn't do this, to tell him no and force him to leave, but he would try one more time to convince him, and if he couldn't, then he would pray for him, "Noven Grey can get out no problem if he's caught, you on the other hand, you'd be fucked. Face it he would have to babysit you! If you wanna go you can go, but I'm kicking your ass if you bite it in there!"

-"Fallout, please let me do this, and trust me as a friend here. Right now, I'm going to follow Halt's lead on this one. You know me, and you know I can scrape through these things..." Noven felt he had to reassure Fallout on this, and prove he wouldn't be a burden to him in the times to come. "And if Halt doesn't want me with him I'll stay outside, but I refuse to leave him alone while we walk off." Noven was resolute, but an eerie feeling was creeping up on him, but he still remained steadfast in his decision.

-Fallout had had it, "Noven, I hear by order you as your commanding officer of the Terran Starship Command to stay with me, failure to comply will result in you being subdued, restrained, and a demote in rank."

-Halt knew that there was nothing he could do for Noven right now. There was no choice but to go in alone. He didn't answer Noven, just simply walked to the door of the cabin, lifted his leg and kicked the door in off it's hinges. Ignoring the angry yells of his companions, Halt walked inside.

-The cabin was just as he had left it, the horror still keeping the starved mutt in its tendril. -Meanwhile, *message reduced* had begun legging it down the path, though trees and over hills as fast as his legs could carry him.

-Halt had had the last half hour to think of a plan, but honestly, nothing had really come to mind that would have seemed to work. In the end he had decided that his last plan was his best shot. Halt stood still and focused his energy into his fingertips. With a snap and an effort of will, Halt sent the flames now sprouting from his fingertips toward the horror, keeping it aimed at the body, and part of the tongue so the dog would not be harmed. Within moments the creature was ablaze.

-The fire quickly dissipated from the horror, but lit the cabin a blaze starting with the far wall. The hellish creature remained unphased. -Fallout and Noven remained outside, unaware of the dangers from within. The wanderer maintained strict eye contact with his subordinate so as not to allow him to risk his life for no reason. -The artist on the other hand was far down the path now, continuing until he came to an intersection, a large heavily beaten road crossing him. It contained strange and enormous tracks, but he ignored them and crossed, continuing his run.

-Noven wanted to run to Halt, but Fallout had given his orders, and Noven had too much respect and loyalty to disobey him when he outright gave a command. He waited anxiously, wondering what was about to happen in the cabin that felt as if it had consumed Halt. Then, he noticed Martial had took off. Noven knew that for him to run, things must be serious here. The eerie feeling returned, spreading throughout his body. Noven was split on what to do. Wait for Halt, or join Martial and ensure his life, at least for now. He knew what Fallout would like to do.

-"I'm out!" Fallout exclaimed as he ran faster than he thought he could, he wasn't sticking around any longer.

-"... well shit" Halt growled. He leaped out of the way as a riser collapsed due to the fire. 'All I need to do is get it to drop the dog,' Halt though vigorously 'But how the hell do I do that?!!' Quickly scanning his surroundings he saw a sharp splinter of wood that had been charred by the fire. He grabbed it and accurately tossed it at the horror's tongue.
