An anime that revolves around 'contractors', people who are endowed with some unique power/ability for one reason or another. These contractors are employed by syndicates who specialize in intel and things tend to get violent.
Basically, Hei (the main protagonist) gets assigned a mission, and shit goes down. A rather dark series, and one I enjoyed once I understood what was going on
