Even though I haven't actually played this game, even though I spoiled it for myself a few hours after the release, and even though I don't plan on buying the game now I think that a thread is in order for this amazing game.

Well, I'm pretty much in the same boat as you Valen. I like the idea of a puzzle game like this that utilizes portals in different ways, and it really stretches your mind. But more important than that, the game has a lot of dark comedy, which I find brilliant.

Keep your damn lemons!

I had two major story points spoilt for me and even that didn't stop me from loving this game so much. My only complaint about the game is that sometimes it's hard t see that one white square when you are out side of the test chambers, but other wise it's amazing.

I love love love love the Propulsion Gel, I couldn't get enough of fireing myself around.

And of course the game is so fucking funny, if anyone doesn't know if they should buy it or not THIS long after it came out, then yes you should, a thousand times over. One of the past games this year.

Yeah, I just finished it for what must be the fifth time yesterday. I really appreciated how Valve took the whole portal concept so much further with the application of the gels, made you really think about things properly. The dialogue was, of course, as witty as always and still makes me laugh.

"When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take back the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons! What the hell are these?! Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! WITH THE LEMONS! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that BURNS YOUR HOUSE DOWN!"
