Snipes watched and nodded a bit, "And without ever being trained," he said with a bit of a smirk, "That was impressive. Most Thunderfist psychics can't throw that far, I think you might be about to advance." Snipes then smiled as he walked closer to Valen, "Is there anything else you can do? Any other power that you've unlocked?" Valen shook his head, "Well you're about to," Snipes said with a smirk.
"The basis of all psychics is their first power, Telekinesis, or TK as I like to call it. It's used by weaker psychics to manipulate objects at a distance, but it also acts as a key," Snipes said as he paced back and forth, "The first power you will learn will be levitation, and it's fairly simple. Watch and do what I do," Snipes said as he closed his eyes and began to concentrate. A purple aura seemed to encompass his outline as he began to float into the air, "Concentrate on lifting yourself up with your TK, then allow it to take control, you'll know when you've done it," Snipes said as he gently lowered himself to the ground.

-"It made perfect sense, ser. And it was not boring in the slightest. These...personas...they sound fascinating! We shall have to discuss them in depth."
-Alleras shook Mitsuro's hand. "Connections? I don't quite take your meaning. Well, Mitsuro, I am Alleras. Nice to meet you." Since he offered no more information, neither did she.

Feeling lightly embarrassed by the cascade of conversation about the room not involving himself, he stepped in the direction of the newest team member, Alleras. He bowed politely, though felt a little self-conscious immediately after, the face within the cloak warming slightly. "You are the newest team member, yes?" he inquired of her, a little too fast. "The name's Iridis, an Echani from Maestitia," he spoke without waiting for a response, "I overheard that you're a shapeshifter from the planet of Dorne? Indeed, I recall my mother weaving tales of those of your kin who could take almost any shape; they were more never to be seen except before you died." Iridis coughed nervously, fearing he had made a fool of himself and angered this new member already.

-She bowed in kind. "Iridis, it is a pleasure to meet you. I must confess, I've not heard of the Echani. I know only a few other worlds and races. Such is the price of Dorne being reasonably shut off." She smiled at him, head to one side. "You've heard of the great masters?" Joy filled her voice. "None I have met have heard of us, this is wonderful! It takes a lifetime of study to achieve such prowess, but one day I will be as adept. With practice, of course. It truly is nice to meet you. Hopefully we shall know each other much better hereafter." She eyed the cloaked figure interestedly. He held himself with incredible natural grace. Even without moving he looked perfectly balanced.

Relieved that this unknown factor hadn't shifted into a dragon and burnt his face off, Iridis shifted slightly. He shook his head in response, displeased with his lack of knowledge beyond the folk tales. "Alas, I have only heard the merest whispers, tales that danced about the markets of Maestitia like the plague. No, the tales I speak of are often attributed to as superstition, as if some doubt your people exist." He cleared his throat, unused to speaking with others for anything more than a gruff few sentences in anger or cautious rebuttal. "I grew up far away from Eshan, but on the outer-rim planet of Maestitia. My mother..." His voice drooped somewhat, "she was an exile; used to be what she termed 'a handmaiden', a sort of royal bodyguard. Apart from that, she was reluctant to share even her name for fear of being found." He lifted his head sharply, not wishing to seem like a broody reclusive, even if he did have white hair. "I've traveled unrelentingly since then, working as a bodyguard and mercenary."

-"Ah...my mother says it was like that on Dorne during the civil war, before I was born...living in fear because of the tyrant." Slightly hesitantly, she touched his shoulder briefly. "Maybe you can learn more of your origins and your people now. Now that you have something like a home, and you don't need to travel as much...You must have seen a lot of the universe. Well, much more than me, anyhow!" She twisted, skin rippling into silvery white fur. A snow leopard the size of a carthorse stood before them. "And I can confirm to you that my people are more than myth.' She nudged him gently with her cat-nose. -Then she sat back on her haunches and changed back. "Now, what is this about a fight?"

-Luke walked over beside his old friend and smiled a bit, watching the Critias walk away. "I see no reason why not...he seemed quite powerful on his own, surely a good addition to this team you have formed." Luke turned to see his friend with a smirk. "Besides...that temper and pride of his remind me of a certain someone when they were younger." Luke then let out a laugh "Hell now too actually." He continued, before waving a hand slowly before continuing. "If he can learn to control that anger... why he would become a valuable teammate for them all." He chuckled softly now.

Fallout chuckled, "For the record, I never held a sword to Elder Lyons, or Lucas' throat," Fallout then took a more serious tone, "Should we get the council in on this, see what they think?" Fallout asked, looking up at Luke.
Paul looked at Alleras and chuckled, "Every year there's a tournament on the Olympus. The winner of said tournament gets to face anyone on the Olympus that they want to, which also includes members of the council. This year's fight'll be startin soon, and it's gonna be a good one!" Paul said with his oh so country accent.

-Luke considered for a moment before looking back to him. "I would consider it fine, unless you wanted to drag everyone away from whatever it is they are doing." He smiled a bit "I am sure they would be happy about that." Luke laughed again before continuing seriously. "I don't see why this guy should get special treatment if the others didn't yes?" Luke spoke evenly now, raising an eyebrow to Fallout curiously "In the end, I would leave it up to you however.

Fallout sighed, "This is different. He's not some kid that we think might do a nice job. He seems a bit unstable," Fallout said with a sigh, "Then again the same could be said for me," Fallout said with a smile, "He's on the team, but I'm going to be keeping a close eye on him," Fallout laid back in his chair before looking back up at Luke, "You working tonight?"

-Luke smiled nodding. "That sounds like a good idea... We may not be in danger but they might end up killing each other if we aren't careful" he laughs again before pondering for a moment. "No not tonight... that weekend we had had me working 4 days straight... I'm ready for some down time." He laughed "And before you ask, yes I consider blasting goblins down time too."

As his hand left the shape-shifters, he kept looking at her. 'She's being purposely obscure,' he though, shifting his glance to the main speakers. Not really listening, he let his mind wonder off. He tried to remember what happened, how he had these powers, but he couldn't. He snapped out of THIS daze, and began to shift his weight in all directions out of bordom.

"That's funny," Fallout said as he typed something up on his Readius, "According to your schedule you have a week off starting... Now!" Fallout said as he hit enter and looked up at Luke with a smirk, "Let's do something fun!"

-Luke stared at him for a moment before laughing out loud and putting a hand on the desk. "My mistake... I must be remembering BC's schedule." Luke let out another laugh before nodding along with him. "Certainly."

"I'm going to the fight later on," Fallout said with a slightly devilish smirk, "You know who the kid's fighting right?"
