Oblivion, no need to explain
Morrowind, no need to explain
Daggerfall, This gem of bethesda's was one of the best titles for the DOS and though it probably aint the best game in the world I gave it a spot just for that.
SPECIAL MENTION [not in the pole]: Arena, its the Mama of the three games above.
Fallout 1: fallout 1... Unless you begin to think of wasteland this is the daddy of the fallout series and when I think of a non first person RPG I think of fallout one, its turn based combat system is complete epicness once you know how to work it. And its amazing storyline filled with many things the average player wont find, Fallout 1 is definatly my favorite game but probably not the best game ever made.
Fallout 2: who doesnt like a longer fallout 1
Fallout 3: Im not explaining it
Dont vote for that thing below fallout 3 becuase it doesnt deserve shit...
Honerable Mention: Wasteland, the grandaddy of the fallout series and the best DOS rpg ever made... If not the best rpg ever made... Ill probably add it to the poll next time i add choices.
ME 1: Not gonna explain that shit bro... this game is the shit... thats all you need to know [the same thing goes for ME2 and dragon age]
Skyrim: the newest TES deserves a choice over half a year before it comes out

A pretty broad brush, trying to declare "the greatest game ever made." Of what is there, Morrowind strikes me as being my personal favourite. Not only the first true RPG I played makes it awesome, but the sheer amount of stuff you can do via mods is impressive. My only qualm is the damn cliffracers.
