ok, that's weird, no matter what I do the character keeps going to the right perpetually, like I was pressing the right arrow key down and not letting up, even when I'm not pressing it.

I'm using Windows 7 and I have this problem sometimes with Touhou games, they'll just go to the right perpetually until I close out the program and boot it up again. Problem is, I can't do that with Moogle's game. It just keeps doing it.
